I recently ordered my wedding invitations through IBY. First of all, I'd like to mention how reluctant I was to purchase anything on the internet. When I found your web site, I was pleased with the selection and decided to give it a try. So, I placed an order and I was amazed - and very pleased - to have received my invites so quickly. When I opened the package, I was taken aback at how beautiful my invitations were. The sample was very nice, but I never imagined how happy I'd be when I received the "real thing".
The level of service IBY provides to its customers, is no less than excellent. I have received everything much quicker than I ever anticipated and the quality of your product is quite impressive. I never fathomed that I could get so excited over my wedding invitations, but I have to tell you, I can't wait to send them to my guests.
In a time that's filled with stress and worry, it's so nice to have something go right, without any snags. I want to thank George and Helen for their constant follow up and I'd like to thank IBY for making quality and superior customer service such a high priority. First of all, we want to say Thank You for such a wonderful job.
We were so concerned because we were late to order the invitations. We went to a couple of places in this area, but I really wasn't convinced about the services. The earlier we were going to be able to receive the invitations, the better.
